The Regenstrief Institute-led conference drew a global audience of clinicians, implementers, and standards experts focused on interoperability using LOINC and other standards. The Montreal event was the conference series’ first in Canada, home to one of LOINC’s largest user bases. Online attendance was also offered.
The conference theme “Connecting data for optimal care” was reflected in several sessions over the event’s four days. Global perspectives – including participants across Europe, Asia, and North America – underlined LOINC’s broad reach and importance.
