HL7 Italia and LOINC Italia (IIT-CNR working group that officially collaborates with the Regenstrief Institute, creator of the LOINC standard) have signed a cooperation agreement with the aim of supporting the continuous alignment of the use of LOINC in the HL7 Italia Implementation Guide, along with the promotion and development of terminological services based on open standards.
